An Austrian firm which is the leading supplier of solutions in the field of time-triggered computer systems.
Salary:
Up to RMB 12,000 per month (depending on experience)
Starting date:

Shanghai, China
Reporting to:
Technical Project Manager
Travelling:
Yes, within China, to Europe
Recruitment process:
+ CV screening
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
+ Reference check
Responsibilities:
+ Support for development projects of Chinese aerospace customers in the field of distributed real-time systems
+ Define requirements with customers
+ Support customers' schedules and milestones
+ Documentation, implementation and test of software and associated hardware
+ Follow internal processes (version management, problem reporting)
+ Support project manager
+ On-site customer support
+ Internal and external reporting: progress, problems, risks
+ Project handling – requirements analysis, architecture studies, design, verification and validation
+ Customer support including architecture and product consulting
+ Documentation/implementation/test of software in customer projects mainly for Aerospace customers, also Off Highway customers
+ Integration of software in customer projects
+ Support of the Joint-Lab activities with Chinese partners
+ Participation of marketing events
+ Make technical presentations (together with sales) – Future Networking
+ Discuss upcoming projects / define project ideas
+ Trainings for our distributors and customers
+ Know-how dissemination between various projects
+ Trigger process improvements as necessary
+ Develop and improve aerospace system level knowledge
+ Closely work together with other departments (sales, IT (Software / Hardware), business unit Aerospace etc.)
Requirements:
+ University degree (Master degree or Phd) in engineering or information technology a MUST
+ Major/ Minor in Aerospace Technology is a plus
+ Study or Working experience abroad in Europe or English speaking country is a plus
+ Minimally 2 years relevant working experience as a software engineer (testing or development)
+ Experience in Aerospace industry highly preferred
+ Experience in preparing technical presentations preferred
+ Good knowledge of embedded systems a MUST
+ Programming skills (embedded software and tools e.g. C, Matlab/Simulink, Python) a MUST
+ Knowledge in the field of automatic control engineering preferred
+ Knowledge of real-time communication systems preferred
+ Knowledge of Aerospace networking and systems preferred
+ A strong communicator with effective listening, presentation and influencing skills
+ Pro-active, confident, solution-oriented and can-do attitude
+ A team player with strong interpersonal skills
+ Strong execution ability
+ High Customer Orientation
+ Thinking Out of the Box
+ Outgoing personality
+ Confident
+ Strong service-oriented mind set
+ Open – International Mindset
+ Desire to work in an international High Tech company
+ Understanding of western culture is a plus
+ Willingness to travel within China and to Europe
+ Willingness to go to Vienna, Austria for initial training period of 2-3 months
+ Mother tongue Chinese (Mandarin)
+ Fluent in English
+ Good command of German a plus
