Client, a MNG, based in America: Designs and manufactures aerospace systems for commercial, regional, corporate and military aircraft; a major supplier for international space programs.
Aeronautical Products Design Engineer--Chinese/English/French desirable--20W~50W
MISSION:
Client develops proprietary equipment designed for a Chinese aeronautical program.
Functionally integrated in the French development project team, this person will serve as the permanent technical interface at the customer’s facility.
Main (but not exclusive) activities:
Organizing and coordinating technical exchanges between the Customer and French company, serving as the technical expert representing French company with the Customer, serving as French company’s local representative at the time of progress meetings held at the Customer’s facility, facilitating convergence between the Customer’s requirements and characteristic of the French program, facilitating the technical integration of the French company equipment in the aircraft systems, carrying out periodic reporting and monitoring task progress, serving as interpreter in the case of direct exchanges between Customer and team located in france.
Job location and contract type:
Shanghai (PRC), local contract.
Report to:
Head of the corresponding product line sector, within the French company Design Office.
Mission team:
Three years.
Language:
Mother tongue: Chinese (mandarin) + fluent English + French desirable.
Required profile and qualites::
Initial training: degree in General-Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical specialization appreciated.
Requited qualities: Knowledge of Chinese and French technical cultures, self-reliance, rigorousness, ability to listen, ability to see the overall picture, technical curiosity
