1. possess strong academic credentials and an international law degree.
2.Above 6 years experience working within a multinational company and/or domestic reputable law firms and/or international law firms with 3 year plus in the area of investment (M&A,incorporation and restructuring of companies, new business, etc.), financing and refinancing, in both domestic and overseas market;
3. excellent written and verbal communication skills;
4. fluent in Chinese and English;
5. Depth of knowledge and experience in the Chinese and Asia Pacific commercial envionment, familiarity with SAFEregulations, China antiust laws, FIE laws and regulations, China banking laws and regulations, import/export regulations and China SEC regulations, foreign experience will be a plus; new energy industrial experience preferable
6. good people skill;
7. be able to work effectively in diversity organization;
8. be proactive and result oriented;
9. detail oriented and team player.
Responsible：
1. to negotiate and handle transactions including M&A, Joint Ventures, new business, financing and refinancing; 2. liasing with external legal counsel;
3. providing daily legal advice and support to the finance and investment departments;
4. conducting due diligence and hands-on approach to preparing transactional legal documentation independently;
5. providing support to the company's global legal team on international transactions and projects;
6. working together with the rest of the Asia Pacific legal team on solar power plant projects;
7. working cross functionally throughout the organization and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
