The Associate's primary responsibilities will be identifying and researching promising market segments, identifying and screening new investment opportunities in those segments, and building a pipeline of attractive companies to monitor.
In addition, the associate will also perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and other due diligence of potential investments, including financial, management, market, product and technology assessments, as well as the creation on investment memorandums.
Associates will work under the direction of the Partners and Principals of the firm.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a history of exceptional professional and academic achievement, including a blend of strong analytical and interpersonal skills and thoughtful and reasoned judgment. Candidates must be team players with an excellent work ethic, self-starters able to operate successfully in an unstructured environment and find creative approaches to identify investment opportunities.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of current or recent work experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or other principal investing experience.
Candidates will ideally hold a Bachelor’s Degree and MBA from a top-tier local or international university as well as CFA. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
