Role synopsis • Motivate and empower team members to meet company HSSE expectation.
• Lead a high efficiency team to enhance warehouse efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
• Apply IT & mobile internet technology to Warehouse Management System (WMS) to build up world-class practices.
Key accountabilities • Complying with China Logistics Strategy to develop and enforce HSSE implementation in warehouse management.
• Co-ordination of production planning, plant production team and transportation teams to schedule warehouse stock & handling capability. Tracking stock movement through Barcode and WMS systems to provide assurance on inventory management including FIFO practice.
• KPI measurement driving for 3rd party service provider management. Monitor warehouse performance. Recommend objectives, targets, action plans and interventions when needed.
• based on current WMS, Barcode and EGS systems to simplify process and develop a efficient warehouse database.
• To develop process optimization programs based on current EGS to support DSS implementation efficiency.
Essential criteria & qualifications • Combination of strategic/analytical and hands-on/implementation abilities.
• Can gain buy-in and support across an organization.
• Can lead and manage projects that deliver significant results.
• Knows how to build and utilize key resources.
• Good knowledge of MS office and basic database operation.
• No less than ten years experience in plant and logistics.
• A good communicator, and team worker with the ability and willingness to work closely with others.
• ISO 9000, ISO 14000 knowledge.
• University education preferably in Supply Chain.
Desirable criteria & qualifications • Degree in logistics, engineering or related disciplines is preferred but not required.
• English ability in reading preferred.
