Position: Finance Manager
Location: base in Wuzhong District, Suzhou

Responsibilities:
1) Ensure all systems, procedures and policies are in place
• No lack of policy or system in important process or area
• No non-compliance case to STMT Policies
• Implement & optimize SOP or Working Instructions in field of FA&IT
2) Proper account bookkeeping and timely meaningful financial reports
• no delay in cash and bank bookkeeping
• no over 60 days longstanding receivables
• no careless mistake in monthly financial statement
• proper and adequate revenue recognition and accrual
• no unexplained material deviation in monthly report, e.g. > +/- 10%
• monthly financial statement delivery by 5th of calendar day in next month;
• no delay for HFM report
3) Build FA&IT team and develop staff to fulfill responsibility
• coach, counsel, mentor and motivate staff, provide guidance on work processes
• identify the high performer and draft retention plan
4) Corporate Governance
• no transactions breach authority matrix approved by the Board or regulated in AoA of STMT
• timely Board files and board resolution prepared
5) Assistance to GM on cost control and products profitability analysis
• monthly cost analysis and initialize and carry out cost reduction plans
• monthly profitability analysis on each product and make constructive proposals on the company’s development strategy
6) Contracts prepared & verified and handle legal company’s legal issues
Qualifications:
• University degree in Finance / Accounting，Professional qualification to the level of CPA or ACCA will be preferred
• Sound knowledge of IFRS, PRC GAAP
• More than 10 years working experience in Finance area at multinational corporation, at least 5 years experience in managing team of people
• Good interpersonal & communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
• Proficient in using MS Win2000/XP/Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint; formalization with Hyperion system will be preferred
• Have basic understanding of Logistics industry
• Highly motivated & Performance oriented
• Good Analytical & Negotiation skills
