上海-外资汽车行业-Sales Manager（英日双语）
直接向销售副总（美国人）汇报，不需要自己开拓业务，订单均由公司高层负责，此职位需要进行订单的后期跟进，确保不要跑单，销售项目的跟踪执行，新旧产品的更新续签，确保后续流程进展顺利，维护长期客户。入职后有相关培训。
1）5年以上汽车零部件行业经验，不限定皮具方面，只要是汽车零部件行业均可，主要是销售模式，销售对象相近，有直接与日系客户丰田本田日产等汽车生产商沟通经验，较强的沟通协调能力；
2）英语流利，日语口语二级相当或以上水平；
具体jd如下：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
1.Manages the company’s or product lines sales activities, including advanced sales activity.
2.Approach targeted accounts, pursues profitable opportunities and provides ongoing service and follow up.
3.Calls on key accounts to cultivate relationships, identify opportunities and increase sales.
4.Develop & maintain highly sustainable, long-term customer relationships.
5.Clearly defines customer buying influence for opportunities, understands customer’s specific job/function in the organization.
6.Work as effective communicator, positively impacts the sales cycle through interaction with internal resources & customers.
7.Recommend changes in pricing strategies, understands & participate in value pricing of products.
8.Coach customer on knowledge of our product/services and capabilities.
9.Participates in quote review process and presents quotes to the customer.
10.Effectively controls customer credit & AR.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCES
1.College degree or above, business administration or relevant discipline;
2.More than 5 years experiences in sales or account administration in automobile industry, highly prefer the experience with Japanese auto OEM clients, such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan etc.
3.Understand product features & benefits, capable of explaining benefits in a meaningful way to the customers.
4.Report on and keep informed on competitive activities.
5.Gaining knowledge in competitive products & organizations.
6.Good communication and Tri-lingual in English, Japanese (or Korean) and Mandarin.
WORK CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1.Occasional after hour support may be required.
2.Occasional travel to various operating units as needed.
3.Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard or mouse, and to handle other computer components.
