Responsibilities:
To ensure the activities of Production and Quality Assurance in the Panshi Plant are conducted in accordance with China's operation strategy and plan.
> Production Management:
+ Develop operational targets which are linked to objectives.
+ Aggregate plan, maintain and monitor the manufacturing processes.
+ Ensure that the production costs are maintained in an appropriate level, in coordination with the Finance Department.
+ Direct a synchronization of Panshi's manufacturing processes with initiatives to ensure that innovation and continuous improvement are carried out throughout the production processes.
+ Ensure the readiness of the maintenance, including time, cost, and quality of Panshi's assets is managed in accordance with the technical standards.
+ Ensure the consistency of product quality.
+ Develop operations reports.
+ Recommend and implement new product development and launches.
> Supply Chain:
+ Ensure the implementation of the effective supply chain procedures.
+ Ensure the adequate level of inventory that is in accordance with operational policy.
+ Ensure the delivery of product quality, time and quantity meets the terms set out in the customer's agreements.
> Project Management:
+ Propose capital expenditure for new projects and/ or improvement projects, which had been reviewed by the Regional Engineering Manager, with appropriate investment returns.
+ Develop projects plan, coordinate, monitor, and commit projects, and ensure that their implementation complies with the plan and within the budget.
+ Be involved in project and full support to deliver any value of the objectives.
+ Develop Monthly Project Report for any project in progress.
> Business Strategy:
+ Participate as a member of the management team to develop, recommend and implement the business strategy towards the profitable and sustainable growth of the company in alignment with the company's strategy.
> Financial Control:
+ Review and monitor company expenses.
+ Improve logistics and production plans to maintain inventory.
+ Manage payment to creditors.
+ Monitor and maintain the working capital requirements to an agreed level.
> People Management:
+ Ensure the implementation of vision, mission and values at Panshi plant.
+ Manage subordinates' tasks and responsibility allocation.
+ Manage performance of subordinates.
+ Identify and develop talents, including identifying needed training.
+ Direct and supervise all plant administration in alignment with company policies.
> Organizational Management:
+ Ensure implementation of quality management system/ ISO programs at Panshi plant.
+ Develop effective community relations with local government officials and communities.
+ Develop the capabilities of the business units, through team building, motivating and seeking continuous improvement through training.
Requirements:
+ Exposure to Foreign investment company and adapt the culture and working way
+ People management and interpersonal skills in construction of relationship with different levels people
+ Good skills of running Plant operation
+ Bachelor of Engineering or related disciplines with MBA a plus
+ 3 Years of working experience as a Manager role
+ A minimum of 8 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in the same industry.
+ Comprehension in Quality and ISO management, project management, Industrial Law, production management, maintenance management and supply chain management.
+ Strong soft skills
+ Fluency in Chinese
+ English language skills are a plus but not required.
