Salary:

Reporting to:
Project Manager
Travelling:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Assist project manager in meetings with client, and clients’ suppliers and ensure communication is understood by all parties
+ Attend meetings on behalf of the project manager in his absence and brief the project manager on any such meetings
+ Assist project manager in obtaining specifications and documentation of the client's networks as well as composing documents for the project
+ If required push local suppliers to deliver goods or services as promised in the relevant contract as well as push suppliers to meet their delivery in accordance with the requirements of the supplier contract
+ Interpret as required for the project manager when dealing with non-English speaking staff or suppliers
+ Compliance with company code of conduct and all applicable laws, regulations, rules and policies
+ Coordinate and organize project activities with related departments to meet business expectation
+ Follow up on status of projects independently
+ Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree or above in IT, Computer Science or related field or Professional Certification
+ More than 3 years of relevant working experience, understanding of international business requirements
+ Proven experience in coordinating different departments to work together
+ Excellent knowledge of local business culture and project process in China preferred
+ Background in IT infrastructure, especially racks, cabling, cabling trays, grounding and construction drawings
+ Computer literacy, using “Windows” and “MS Office”
+ Excellent negotiation and communication even translation skills in English and Chinese
+ Effectively interface with required personnel to achieve desired / required results and maintain open communications
+ Realizes close collaboration and high level of involvement of supplier base to realize agreed improvement actions and ensure sustainability of solutions
+ Willing to listen objectively to others and share own input, work effectively with team members, meticulous / pays attention to detail
+ Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English; fluent in German is a plus
+ Willing to work and live in Shenyang
