Responsibiliy:
1. To develop reliable project proposals for contract business and hospital center business and facilitate the project proposal process, including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, management review presentation, contract negotiations and execution follow-up
2. Establish business analysis management framework to support sustainable project management, such as annual budgeting, prioritizing, business analysis reporting and resource allocation
3.To identify new business opportunities in the areas of service provider business and contract business, produceensure complete implementation easibility studies, develop business plans and and ensure complete implementation
4. To perform project manager duties and responsibilities for factory projects
5. To monitor external and internal environment for development of new possible market segments
6. To establish and maintain on-going multi-channel business relationships, including site visits and anticipating and resolving potential problems; identify and summarize internal and external customers requirements and priorities for management review
7.To work effectively with cross-functional business areas to achieve project objectives and plan the course of action to follow
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in medical or related fields; a MBA is highly preferred.
over 5 years related work experience in project management field.
Strong financial acumen and modeling skills.
'- Superior communication (Chinese and English; written & verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.
'- High level of innovation to develop strategies to capture new business opportunities.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, and/or chairing meeting with external customers, suppliers .
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a cross-functional team setting which may include oversea affilliate colleagues.
