Snr Network Services Manager
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for internal network services management, such as LAN, WAN, Internet, Wireless, VPN and Network Accelerators etc.
• Establishing a strong relationship with the business units and regional infrastructure team to understand business drivers and business requirements, and defining the right network services strategy and yearly planning
• Managing the vendors, i.e. outsourced vendors, monitor the performance of the vendors and ensure they achieve the specified key performance indicators, resolve problems and escalate issues
• Continue improving the network services capability, quality, as well as reduce cost and risks
• Ensuring the network team is up to date with market trends and changes by coordinating distribution of critical market information, market training and meetings with service providers
Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in Computer/Telecommunication, preferably with post-graduate qualifications
• At least 8 years of industry experience in networking, with experience in management, technical and strategic planning roles
• Strong understanding of networking technologies trend and regulatory environment locally and internationally
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
