Reporting to:
International Sales and Business Development Manager
Travelling:
Occasional travel to Pearl River Delta area
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Develop existing business and future business opportunities
+ Continued development of China domestic business through existing company distribution partners
+ Be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies as developed by International Sales and Business Development Manager
+ Work closely with company Corporate Management Team (Sales / Marketing, Logistics and Product Development) as needed to assist with general sales / marketing and distribution activities
+ Build partnerships with the end use customer senior management levels such as EH&S, fire / safety and facilities as well as with current and future company distributor senior management teams
+ Help to identify key China markets, customers, and assist with the development of a plan to grow sales through distributor/end use customer sales calls, marketing programs and trade shows
+ Conduct market research and expand knowledge of companies and China markets / channels
+ Work within established budgets, goals, and priorities as set forth
+ Make routine sales calls and presentations in various markets and sectors
+ Provide necessary coaching and motivation to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency with distributor sales teams
+ Track and analyze top account reports, and any other reports deemed necessary
+ Conduct or facilitate necessary distributor training
+ Provide timely completion of expense forms and sales reports
+ Make sales channel strategy, driving sales and profit growth in local markets
+ Develop and implement sales strategy
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related field
+ More than 3 years related sales experience and 3 years in a customer service environment
+ Detailed knowledge of local market area to facilitate ease of travel to end use customer and distributor sites
+ Extensive knowledge
of Industrial product and industrial market, including products the meet specific agency guidelines
+ Computer skills within a Windows environment, Microsoft Office and Mainframe applications
+ Professional telephone etiquette / excellent communication skills
+ Ability to prioritize and organize a demanding workload in a fast-paced and highly stressful environment
+ Detail oriented (focusing on accuracy), decision-making and problem-solving skills, smart appearance and professional manner
+ Ability to work in a team environment, assertive, persuasive and diplomatic – excellent interpersonal skills
+ Highly motivated team player with a mature and positive attitude and a passion for business development, self starter, ability to work with minimal daily direction
+ Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
