1. Build up team and manage team members

2. Secure APQP development

Secure APQP development under customer’s time/cost/quality target

Secure engineering information transmission and implementation

Secure project meeting management and distribution

Secure the development and cooperation of sub supplier

Secure project cost, quality, delivery control

Communication with overseas project team

APQP Phases entry pre-check and phase’s evaluation

APQP documentation management and PPAP submission

3. Technical knowledge and experience share

4. APQP data management and IT knowledge utilization

Education:

Industrial Engineer (Preferable Mechanical Engineering).

Knowledge/Languages:

Technical education background and auto field project management working experience (At least 3 years project management working experience in the auto field and total 6 years working experience)

- Planning tools for project management

- Good MS-Office software skills. Good spoken and written English
