RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Standardize production roles safety regulation, ensure that the safety regulation are implemented and realized. Improve the personnel safety consciousness, prohibit safety accidents to happen, strengthen scene management, and ensure a clean and neat environment through relevant trainings, appraisal and daily supervisory inspection.
2. Formulate Packaging-Filling team job objective and action plan, making use of each resources to improve the productivity. Determine standards of labor and equipment capacity, improve the production adaptability and complete the production tasks timely.
3. Strengthen production process control, improve the production work flow, detail operating procedures, raise operator quality consciousness and operator ability to analyze and resolve problems and ensure quality assurance.
4. Improve and maximize the usage of existing equipments and labor resources, reduce inefficiencies caused by production line unbalance. Conduct trainings to improve operator’s operation skill, increase labor efficiencies as well as equipment operating efficiency.
5. Improve control of the production materials usage, summarize and analyze the material scrap and discrepancies issues, implement action plans to improve and ensure that the team have a sense of responsibility towards reducing wastes and thus reducing production costs and reduce production loss/scrap.
6. Define the role and responsibilities of Packaging-Filling personnel, develop subordinates development plan, build and refine the respective personnel’s appraisal system.
7. Promote corporate culture, continue to develop a stable and highly efficient Packaging-Filling team. Maintain a good and healthy work environment.
REQUIREMENTS&
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree or above.
1. At least 8 years working experience in foreign cosmetic/food/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• At least 3 years production / equipment / technique / project management experience.
• Attend relevant training on JDE system and passed the examinations on the related trainings to become an approved system user for this role.
• Has the good working ability and the good English and Chinese foundation
