Main Functions: 1. In charge to recruit ,manage and animate according SG values Purchasing Officer(s)&Products Manager(s) in order to reach business yearly targets (T.O&Rebates&operationalcosts). Propose any organization modification needed to improve the efficiency/productivity of his team to Sourcing Director.
主要职责 负责根据集团理念招聘，招聘、管理和激励产品经理、采购专员，以完成年度业务指标（销售额/佣金/营运成本）， 向国际采购总监提出组织架构改进建议，以提高其团队的工作效率/生产力
2. Propose for validation to Sourcing Director yearly appraisals team according to job performance.
负责根据工作业绩核定国际采购总监对团队所作的年度评估
3. In charge for his(her) team to organize individual yearly appraisal
负责其团队个人业绩年度评估
4.Responsible to control and follow up his team operational costs.Provide improvements needed to match business activity&futur development
负责控制跟踪团队营运成本。提供必需的改进方案满足业务需求和发展。
5. Supervise his(her) purchasing assistant in order to oversee the project timing, production, shipping etc.,and the rightnesss of the supplier rebates&fees collection
监督采购助理的工作：监控项目进展、生产、货运等， 正确收取供应商佣金和合作费用
6. Responsible to manage and validate new suppliers general contract,purchasing price list,fees agreement and rebates payement terms.Responsible to control and validate any suppliers price increases before to communicate it to European purchasers.
负责管理核定新供应商合同，采购价格清单，合作费用协议和退佣条款。负责在向欧洲采购沟通之前控制核定任何供应商的价格增长情况
7. Responsible to collect his relative suppliers rebates&fees in time and according agreement&payement terms defined with the suppliers
负责根据与供应商订立的合作费用协议和退佣条款及时收取供应商佣金和合作费用
8. Communicate with European purchasers to define new development opportunities and create the opportunity to organize a china business trip
与欧洲采购沟通确定新的发展机会，并创造机会组织他们来中国访问
9.In charge to organize,to manage all details arrangements&accomodations with the suppliers to welcome the European purchasers during their China business trip
在欧洲采购来华访问时期进行接待，负责和供应商一同组织管理所有的细节安排和住宿
10. In charge to negotiate for his category products the best price,payement term condition and local rebates and strictly control the yearly supplier price increase
负责其产品部类的价格谈判，付款条件和本地佣金，并严格控制年度供应商价格增长
11. Co-responsible with quality manager to build and improve if necessary the quality control files(PSF,Inspection check list) of sourcing New projetcs and current orders
必要时与质量经理一同建立和改进国际采购新项目和现有订单质量控制文档（PSF，验货清单）
12. In charge of customer complain handling and Claims negotiation with the supplier.Ensure the good communication with the quality department
负责处理顾客投诉以及与供应商谈判，确保与质量部门良好的沟通
Qualifications： * Typical Education Level教育背景: Business Management School or University 企业管理大学
资格条件 * Specialized knowledge and skills特殊技能:
1. Sourcing management experience 国际采购管理经验
2. Negotiation skills 谈判技巧
3. Good English, French would be a plus 良好的英语、懂法语优先

工作关系 1. Ensure good communication with European purchasers 确保与欧洲采购良好沟通
2. Ensure the good communication with division top executives 确保与建材分销部高层管理人的良好沟通
