职位：Production Project Manager
工作职责：
1、Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and procedures and allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity.
2、Analyse production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions(for example changes to procedures, workflow, or equipment) that will improve performance.
3、Liaise with functional or operational area managers(for example in supply and logistics, or sales) to understand their current and future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities.
4、Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance or downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules.
5、Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as assembly, machine operation, processing, treating, or packaging.
职位要求：
1、Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical or equivalent.
2、Minimum 6 years production management experience, out of which 3 years should be in production manager position in foreign enterprises.
3、Be an excellent communicator.
4、Have strong experience in deploying the production management skills.
5、Have some background in ISO/TS16949 quality system skills,familiar with APQP procedure
6、Excellent team skills
7、Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
