1 、Business Consultant, General Solutions
The purpose of the Solution Units is to capture business requirements and translate them into value adding, deliverable and cost efficient IT solutions. The General Solutions (GS) Business Consulting entity is established to provide business consulting services in the GS domains within areas such as Information Management, Technology Strategy & Architecture and Workplace Technology & Collaboration.
We are now taking the step to recruit a Business Consultants working with primarily our customer base in eastern Asia and located in Beijing.
You will as Consultant within the GS Solution Unit work closely with our customers in providing professional services by engaging in assignments such as; strategy planning, blueprinting and concept studies, project formulation and initiation, cost optimizations, enterprise architecting, pre-studies, etc. You must be able to provide customers with advice on their own business as well as specify requirement and share your expertise with other members of the group. An ability to understand the client’s environment, constraints and evolutions will enable you to make sound recommendations in order to optimize the usage of IT solutions in one or more of the following areas: End-User Services, Managed Services and Integration.
You will also actively participate to the development of the team’s portfolio of services in connection with the other entities within General Solutions.
The job involves a high degree of international contacts and a certain amount of travel. For this position you should be located in Beijing.
Requirements:
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global organization
• Experience in taking a consultative approach with clients and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge and interest of IT areas covered by the solution unit
• Ability to fit details into the overall picture (helicopter view)
• University Degree within relevant field
• Significant professional experience, including workshop facilitation, investigations, process development and project management
• Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English

2、PM-

 Responsibilities include:
•Identifies business value creation implications in Enterprises Aftersales Service domain(Customer Service).
••Architects an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer's requirements
•Optimizes a solution's fit to the requirements of an opportunity plus the broader customer business strategy
•Adapts solution design to new requirements
•Establishes the validity of a solution and its components with both short and long term implications
••Optimizes a solution to maximize competitive advantages
•Manages problem resolution and customer satisfaction issues through strong partnering capabilities
•Articulates the details of the team's component roles in a proposed customer solution
••Provides solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications
•Analyzes and provides support to deals in the pipeline as appropriate
•Transfers knowledge to account team
•Understands the roles and effectively directs other teams and resources within the company and partners
••••Analyzes and leads the presales direction for the Region and/or major accounts

 Qualifications

 Education and Experience Required:
•Technical University degree or Bachelor's degree;
•Typically 5+ years’ experience in technical consultative and ERP or CRM project implementation
•Technical and solution experience in manufacturing industry
••5+ years’ experience in project/program management

 Knowledge and Skills Required:
•Familiar with aftersales service, CRM or logistic management will be a plus
•Demonstrates expert knowledge of ERP or CRM technology & solutions, especially focus on the aftersales service business and system platform.
•Knowledge of ERP: SAP, EBS, UFIDA, Kingdee or other Information Management System will be preferred
•Analytical mind to problem solving (root cause analysis, ability to look for the 'whole' solution
•Leverages solutions to support customer service strategic directions, creating extensive customer business value
•Applies deep understanding of technical innovations & trends to solving customer business problems
•Demonstrated ability to work as the lead for large complex projects
•Has demonstrated hands-on level skills with some of the technology
•Utilizes deep knowledge of customer value chain and business requirements to create and propose solutions
•Persuasively communicates the value of the solution in terms of financial return and impact on customer business goals
•Understands business metrics and drivers for multiple levels of customer management and appropriately tailors communications to demonstrate value
•Extensive level of industry acumen; keeps current with trends and able to converse with client on issues and challenges at multiple levels of customer management
•Demonstrates strong communications skills with service and SCM managers, as well as C-level executives

 Deal Prospecting and Shaping
In alignment with account teams, searches for opportunities in named accounts and shapes the customer's solution vision

 Technical Qualification
Applies technical/solution knowledge to qualify opportunities and identify requirements

 Solution Design
Develops solutions that meet customer requirements, ensure seamless deployment

 Businesses & Offers
Represents knowledgeably, based on a solid understanding of the company's business direction, offers, and capabilities
