SAP Delivery Manager Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
•Delivery Management responsibility for SAP related SI projects
•Steering and coordination of assigned projects and reporting to the head of SI delivery
•Controlling and optimization of the steering logic of the commercial customer development such as revenue, cost, EBIT and delivery on time
•Quality control of assigned projects, i.e. service level agreements, key performance indicators, problem management and utilization of staff
•Identification of ways to improve the delivery quality of SAP projects
•Responsibility for the financial result and the sourcing of SAP projects
•Assuring success of projects for both T-Systems and the customer
•Overall responsibility (technical, business & financial) for the SAP projects and representing them in front of the customer (including escalation)
•Assisting the project leader with 3rd party management and contracting
•Participation in SAP bid management and having overall delivery responsibility for the bids
•Pre Sales SAP support for assigned markets and business areas
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in steering larger SAP projects as project or program manager
Demonstrated track record for having revenue responsibility for SAP projects worth at least Yuan 10 million
Excellent project management skills with exposure to senior management of the customer
Very good customer facing and customer relationship skills, experience with Service Level Agreements is a plus
Familiar with contract management and legal framework in China
Experienced in the bid management and the preparation of bids (i.e. calculations) for SAP projects
Profound SAP skills combined with good overall IT knowledge
Background as Sales Consultant is considered a plus
Working experience in a multi national IT company is highly desired
Excellent English and Mandarin language skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and stress resistant
Strong personality with experience in dealing with difficult projects and customer situations
Team player
Willingness to travel (mainly within China)

汽车制造行业 ProjectManager职位要求：
1、total8年以上IT行业工作经验，
2、5年以上客户交流及项目管理经验，
3、有至少3年以上汽车行业项目经验，有电信项目经验或者系统集成经验更好
4、精通项目管理及交付，有PMP优先
5、英语口语流利，直接上司是老外
