Job Description：
A qualified candidate should be able to:
• Be responsible for coordination, management and communication , and leading team to fulfill project goal;
• Understand complex elements of a client's business; apply experience and practical understanding of technology and methodology to provide comprehensive, adaptive solution.
• Select, coach and motivate team to insure high productivity, team-working spirit and competence.
Job Requirements & Skills Required：
• Project Management Skills: Plan, Execute, Monitor and close projects. Through project management and leadership skills deliver the end to end projects on time, on budget within scope and with quality.
• Technical Mastery: individual should have proven ability and interest in learning new technologies and applying rapidly in changing business environments.
• Deliver baseline adoption/maintain current level of adoption for the categories they own.
• Share and reapply assets/techniques identified in the global capability networks.
• Develop strong relationships with business partners and understanding of the categories they own.
