Position: Data Analyst
Data Steward with Japanese and English language skills (read/write), strong analytical skills and good data analysis experience Preference, working experience in Japan can be very appreciated.
Job Description:
-Data analyst or Data Steward or Datamapper to maintain Japanese Account (Public customer and Large Enterprise customer) data using MS Excel.
- review duplicate customer account records in the customer databa<x>se to determine appropriate survivor accounts.
-Analyze large volumes of data with special focus on country specific address formats and standards.
-Make decisions ba<x>sed on data accuracy and consistently
-Duplicate accounts will be merged in order to reduce duplicate account records in the databa<x>se while retaining the most complete customer information.
-Review will be ba<x>sed on established business rules and guidelines for merging accounts.
-Backup support for the client's hierarchy maintenance team.
Required skills:
-Candidate should be able to read/write Japanese (native speakers or equivalent required) language with a good understanding of the country’s postal and address standards, and are also expected to have a good command in English to communicate with other team members.
-The task requires basic Excel (no macro, etc. required, just sorting, filtering) and data analysis skills, close attention to details and the ability to identify data issues and patterns.
