Responsibilities:
Ongoing transportation system configuration, to meet business requirement
Business requirement clarification and collection for the new IT system development; translate business requirement to IT requirement
Review the existing system functionality and workflow, identify the gap to business needs, initiate improvement opportunities and design practical solution to bridge the gap
User training for system related functions
Manages multiple technology related projects of small and medium sizes
Use data warehouse to analyze data and support business decision making
Team management
Basic Qualifications:
degree in science/math/engineering/comp sci or other quantitative focused discipline
Analytical and able to map and document processes
Good transportation/supply chain system knowledge
Strong project management skill
Knowledge on process improvements
Able to work, interact and communicate to all level in the organization
Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications:
master degree
Lean or six-sigma
