Title: Sr. Manager, Operations Analysis
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
• Analyze Service, NE business in all NAPA entities; provide meaningful financial and business support to WHQ, RHQ and entities’ management.
• Develop and keep current China economic and market analysis by tracking general business news, key economic indicators and industry specific data.
• On a monthly basis, re-assess performance against the business plan and where necessary, make recommendations for corrective action. This re-assessment will cover the entire range of business activities including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss performance at plan exchange rates focusing on operating performance vs. plan.
• Provide management at all levels with appropriate and timely evaluation of financial performance within the context of the local economic environment through a program of operational measurement analysis.
• Guide the activities covering the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts, evaluation of special programs/targets, and assessment of risks/opportunities.
• Review, analyze and recommend actions regarding acquisition or joint ventures proposals, new product development and major projects.
• Work in concert with the Business Development team to develop the NAPA Strategic Plan, particularly regarding the quantitative aspects.
• Evaluate the economic implications of major programs such as plant closures/reorganization, disposition of lines of business and major manpower reductions.
• In all areas of responsibility, the incumbent is responsible for providing full compliance with the “Company Policy Statement on Contracting with the United States Government” and the “Code of Ethics”. Ensure the Planning & Analysis staff in NAPA entities are aware of the policies and that their responsibilities and actions comply and support these policies.
• Responsible for the performance of other tasks related to this position as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• MBA in a top-notch university
• Prior work experience in famous business strategy consulting
companies or famous banks and financial institutions• MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power Point
• Analytical skills with attention to details
• Self motivated worker with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent English & Mandarin (written and spoken)
