• Provide secretarial assistance to a Partner/Partners
• Manage calendar and telephone messages
• Schedule meetings and appointment
• Make various travel arrangement
• Coordinate with key clients for business arrangement
• Support/organize conferences and events
• Provide other secretarial/administrative support as assign
Expected Credentials
• University graduates, major in English or business administration
• At least 5 years work experience as an executive assistant with a multinational company
• Good interpersonal skills with a keen sense of customer service
• Strong PC skills and demonstrated typing skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Professional and proactive service attitude and able to work under pressure
• An enthusiastic and motivated team player
