IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities :
• Provide first level of technical support to users in relation to system security, network, hardware and software issues
• Provide end users training for current staff or new hire
• Manage and keep track IT equipments inventory and records
• Install, manage, upgrade and trouble shoot issues of Cisco LAN / WAN equipments
• Build, manage and trouble-shoot issues of server equipments
• Manage Video Conferencing unit, PABX, Voice Mail System and IP phone stations
• Monitor server room status such as UPS utilization in regular basis to maintain in good operation condition
• Perform regular system check and monthly maintenance work
• Provide hands-on support in deployment of firm applications
• Participate in system testing projects with involvement starting from planning to actual test running
Requirements :
• University degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT user support and server administration
• Good understanding and proficiency in Office 2003 & 2007, Windows XP, Windows 7 and TCP/IP networking
• Fluency in both spoken English and Putonghua is a must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented, responsible and self-discipline
• Able to work overtime and under pressure
