• Guide customers to go through necessary trouble shooting processes
• Efficiently solve customers' hardware or software issues

Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor or above, major in IT or English preferred
• Very good command of oral and written English
• Adaptability and insight to different countries' culture
• Necessary IT foundational knowledge (Software and Hardware)
• Strong logical thinking and problem solving capabilities
• Good at interpersonal communication and team-work
• Due to time zone, must be able and willing to take night shift.
