我们正在寻找Technical Lead, 需要候选人经常和国外同事联系,具有良好的英文水平；能够做方案，项目分析，需求分析；对Linux底层开发熟悉。有团队管理项目管理经验优先考虑。
薪水18-20K以上，可以谈。

JD of Technical Lead:
You will work as technical lead and expert in a new smartphone project.
Pre-sales activities;
Project analyst;
Solution design;
Mentor and supervisor technical engineers;
Communicate with project stakeholders;
Gather project requirement.
Requirement:
7+ years of Linux platform or embedded Linux device development experience
Including 1+ technical management experience
Familiar with Linux kernel and device driver development
Familiar with kernel porting, especially for ARM platform
Familiar with general Linux userspace development skills
Strong C/C++ skills is needed
Android kernel porting experience is a plus
Experience of leading a kernel team is a plus
Mobile phone project experience is a plus.
Other requirements
B.Sc. or above in Computer Science or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Familiar with Agile/SCRUM software development model is a plus
Good command of English
Team player with good communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Self-motivated and achievement oriented
