Job description
Project Management
1) Resource Planning (People, Hardware, Software) and tracking - Optimization of Resource usage - Analyze and come-up with optimized solutions
2) Work closely with Recruitment team for Hiring
3) Project Management - Managing team size of 80-150 people with minimal interfaces ( Multisite, customer interfaces, etc)

People Management
1) People Management, Conflict resolution, Job rotation, Team motivation
2) Succession planning for critical resources and roles within project teams
Business Orientation
1) Time-sheets, Billing, following up for acceptance to recognize planned revenue
2) Cost tracking/ Cost Management

Qualification and personal skills
•Minimum of 15 years working experience- Nokia or mobile software project management experience is essential, S40 experience would be a big plus or Nokia product developing and maintenance lifecycle experience would be perfect
•Around 10+ years proven project management experience, especially for mobile phone product maintenance and testing under multi-site environment
•Hands on software development experience or management of sizable software development projects in mobile industry
•Demonstrable experience in creatively solving customer challenges
•have a strong customer focus with entrepreneurial mindset: Clear understanding of own revenue/profit targets and committed to customer satisfaction
