Major tasks and responsibilities of position (max. 8 key topics)
1） Build-Up and Develop a comprehensive know-how regarding the Marketing & Sales processes
2） Develop business analysis and process reengineering skills to provide key users with process solutions to critical business problems
3）Collaborate with business partners to enhance and optimize business processes.
4) Proactively identity process improvement and cost optimization opportunities and bring these ideas back into the IT organization.
5) Monitor business process technology for recurring issues and emerging trends an escalate when approriate.
6) Establish and develop a network with Key-Users in Marketing and Sales including supporting business functions.
7) Support Key-Users and Process Owners in the preparation and execution of process and system initiatives, develop and substantiate project proposals.
 Participate as a team member, projects and enhancement initiatives. He/she also provides technical and business process expertise to IT projects. to assure that business requirements are met.
9) Support the users in the related business area. Monitor business process performance relative to defined Key Performance Indicators.
10) Work with project teams and QA to to promote and validate continued business process compIiance ..
Qualifications
(Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)
1) Minimum of three years of overall experience in business information systems, along with a university or advanced degree, preferably in a business discipline or in computer science.
2) Strong experience and expert knowledge in Marketing & Sales and/or supporting functions - Business Process and technical knowledge (CRM / ETMS systems).
3) A high level of Healthcare industry knowledge is also desired. The effective performance of this job requires the incumbent to be or to become familiar with business processes and to have a comprehensive knowledge of IT system landscape and the Global IT Organization
4) The IT skills comprise standards and systems, modeling technique development methodology(s), business analysis/design concepts as well as project management skills.
5) Sensitivity to people with varying backgrounds is necessary, since the incumbent must have contact with all levels of people with different professional backgrounds.
6) The incumbent must be fluent in Chinese and English (Spoken and written)
