Senior Experience EA
Responsibility:
- Able to work representing CFO
- Comfortable to interact with both senior executive level people, as well as the most junior people in the organization. Strong empathy with people at all levels.
- Able to connect with people outside the company - get things done but treat people with care and respect independently of their rank.
- Able to serve as mentor and role model for other EAs and PAs within the company.
- Able to connect and work comfortably with other EAs.
- Comfortable with fast changing, dynamic schedule, but able to organize to make the required meetings happen.
- Able to organize things on the personal/family side, including interaction with financial people on the personal side, banks etc
- Resonates with, and has very positive feelings about, our primary objectives in China, and with the core values of us. Keen to see (and help) large numbers of Chinese people to have better lives, more opportunities, etc.
Requirements:
- Native Mandarin speaker (Chinese person, based in Shanghai)
- Over 8 years working experience
- Albe to speak English at or close to the level of a native speaker. (Probably means full education through American/British School in Shanghai, or spent childhood in English speaking country, or just studied for long enough/used for long enough.)
- Highly organized and Ordered personality
- Very strong interpersonal people skills. Able to "connect" comfortably, and in an in-depth way, with Chinese and Foreign individuals.
- Good sense of humor - able to see the funny side in the most difficult of circumstances - this is a pretty important aspect of how our executive team, and our company, works.
- Degree in languages with both Chinese and English high-level writing skills.
- Technical skills as an experienced user of PCs, but no in depth technical/engineering skills required (all though would be useful).
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Finance background is a big plus.
