一、Business Development Director市场开拓总监
Requirements:任职资格
1. Architectural-related undergraduate degree or above
建筑相关专业本科或者更高学历。
2. Minimum 5 years experiences of Business Development in architectural field
至少拥有5年建筑领域市场开拓经验
3. Bilingual skill is necessary
拥有较好的英语技能
4. Must relocate to Beijing
在北京居住

二、Chief Architect 建筑主创设计师
Requirements:任职资格
1. Architectural degree is necessary
建筑学本科或以上学历
2. Minimum 5 years experiences in architectural offices
至少拥有5年建筑设计经验
3. Strong conceptual design and presentation skills
有较强的设计理念和报告展示能力
4. Bilingual skill is preferred
有外语技能者优先

三、Green Building Engineer绿色建筑工程师
Requirements:任职资格
1.Bachelor(or higher educational background) major in HVAC or other related major要求暖通及相关专业本科以上学历
2. Familiar with Green Building Certification systems
熟悉绿色建筑咨询系统
3. LEED AP is preferred
有LEED- AP证书者优先
4. Applicants who is familiar with the ASHRAE 90.1 and 62.1 are preferred
熟悉ASHRAE 90.1 and 62.1节能标准者优先
5. Applicants who is familiar with Energy Consumption Simulation Software or CFD Simulation Softwares, such as eQuest, EnergyPlus, DesignBuilder, Airpark, etc
熟悉主流能耗模拟软件和CFD模拟软件，例如：eQuest, Energy Plus, Design Builder, Airpark 等。

四、Green Building Business Development Director绿色建筑市场开拓总监
Requirements:任职资格
1. Minimum 3 years experiences of Business Development for Green Building field
拥有3年以上绿色建筑市场开拓工作经验
2. Strong communication and presentation skills
较强的商务沟通能力
3. LEED- AP is preferred
有LEED- AP证书者优先
