Role Type: banking practice leader for BFSI(Bank, Finance Services, Insurance)
No. Required: 1
Work Location: China (Shanghai, Beijing – other locations considered) – project work will generally be done on-site at client locations. While not on projects, home based or visiting to existing Genpact locations in China or Japan
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Fulltime
Language: Bilingual - Mandarin native; English fluent/native.
Experience: Seven year plus consulting experience in BPR banking or core banking, data management projects. China delivery experience mandatory, Int’l expertise preferred. Previous consulting experience in IBM consulting or Accenture or HP consulting or Big four is mandatory.
Functional Focus: Experienced in process and transformational driven projects/programs. All aspects of proposal generation and project management including project planning, staffing estimation, staff selection, project & governance reporting, client relationship management (all stakeholder levels, esp sr. exec/CXO level), risk & issue management,
Industry Focus Domain expertise in banking especially in process banking practice, Insurance business process practice etc
Skills/attributes: - Excellent MS office skills (ppt, excel, word, MS project)
- Financial reporting and tracking at project level
- Ability to work in several projects at once or 1 very large project/program
- Comfortable working with Chinese Sr. execs (CEO level)
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Self starter while also a team player & coach
- PMP or other project management certifications desired but not mandatory (actual experience will be key)
