REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Experience
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years banking experience which should include managing a team
• Must be a University graduate or equivalent
• Must have knowledge of the banking / financial industry
Skills and Competencies
• Good interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate with Business Partners assertively yet tactfully
• Very strong knowledge of the English language (written, verbal, and reading)
• Ability to coach and develop people
• Able to strive under pressure
• Must have basic Microsoft PC skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Must be able to learn quickly and be detail oriented
• MS Project knowledge is preferred
