欧美知名啤酒品牌公司，广州上班，前3个月会有40%时间到出差（新疆等地），之后将较少去；该职位负责收购过来的强势品牌等；
期望：有知名快消品公司经验，市场策划和品牌管理能力强，能承受压力，英语流利。
具体工作职责：
1. Develop brand marketing campaign supporting responsible business unit in ensuring that targets and objectives are met.
2. Formulate and execute brand plans and campaigns to promote the brand awareness, market share and sales for the assigned brands with the objective of being a market leader in the region.
3. Establish the right product portfolio at the right time in the region.
4. Deliver the company top line and bottom line targets with sustainability.
5. Liaise closely with different internal departments and external advertising agencies to meet the particular business objectives.
6. Ensure the business strategies are formulated and executed effectively.
7. Build up good relationship with customers to seeking for new opportunities to achieve sales target.
8. Conduct market research, identify potential opportunities, and analyse customer needs to strengthen market competitiveness.
9. Contribute to strategic direction on business, products and services.
任职要求和条件：
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Extremely fluent in Chinese (Mandarin); Good at English.
3. Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills.
4. Project management skill with multiple stakeholders.
5. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
6. Good numerical and statistical skills.
7. Good interpersonal skills.
8. Excellent computer skills on MS Office.
9. Proactive, creative, highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic.
10. Have commercial awareness and team work spirit.
11. Cross-culturally sensitive, customer focused and result oriented.
