The Job
We are seeking dynamic, resourceful and mature individuals to join us as Concierge Consultant in our Shanghai Assistance Center, which operates 24 hours 7 days per week all year round. You will assist our clients by coordinating the delivery of concierge/lifestyle services. This is a role for individuals with appetite for change and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. You have the passion to serve and provide the highest standard of solutions for our clients and you demonstrate a high level of ability, diligence and results. You enjoy working in an international environment where you get to interact with people from all over the world on a daily basis. If this describes you, you will have a promising career in operations within the group.
The Person
• Degree/Diploma qualification with 2 years' working experience
• Experience in call centers, travel and/or hospitality industry an advantage
• Customer oriented, proficient English and good communication
• Willing to learn and to help people, with an eye for detail and result driven
• Be able to work in weekend, holiday or on night shift
