Senior Product manager is a core role to continuously define and improve the product (its features, user experience, competitive advantage, content and business connection) . He or she will report to the product director and closely work with designers, developers and marketers creating and sustaining market success.
Responsibilities
• Understands target consumers’ needs, desires and behaviors on a continuous basis, through continuous user interview, observation and testing.
• Monitors the ever-evolving market of mobile apps, e-commerce, retail shopping and fashion industry.
• Dare and able to imagine useful functionalities and subtle features in the application to make fashion discovering, shopping and sharing experience easy, fun and delightful
• Writes detailed use cases and specs for the application
• Manages the content of the App to make sure it stays up to date
• Conducts business development to engage with fashion brands and retailers
Requirements
• Experienced in product management for multiple cycles of software or Internet applications in the domains of e-commerce, mobile, social, or fashion.
• Experienced in market/consumer research and business development
• Experienced in writing use cases and specs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Can take leadership and initiatives and solve complex problems
• At least bachelor’s degree
Work Experience
• 5+ years of working experience.
Travel requirements
• 10-20%
