1.Budgeting & Reporting
Prepare and analyze company's annual financial plan and current year's quarterly reforecast.
Responsible for tracking and overseeing the company's performance against set targets.
Ensure that following each month end, reports to management are prepared accurately and timely according to GAAP, statutory regulations and company policies
2. Audit & Control
Responsible for the preparation of the audited financial statements in accordance with the GAAP.
Formulate and recommend good internal control procedures and ensure these procedures are disseminated to all departments and adhered to.
3. Tax Compliance
Ensure prompt submission of all quarterly and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with local relevant legislations
4. Accounting
Oversee the revenue and billing functions, include ensuring that all sales are properly recorded and made in accordance with the company's policies.
Manage the accounts receivable balances and work with the sales team on collections.
Ensure that disbursements and travel and entertainment expenses are incurred during the course of business and properly audited for compliance with policies.
5. Payroll
Liaise with Human Resources and the external payroll service provider to ensure all payments to employees are in line with their contract; all benefits and taxes are properly withheld, accrued and paid in accordance with the legislation; all payroll tax returns are duly submitted.
