This slide set explains why the Racial Bill SCA5 was passed due to Democratic super-majority at State Senate.
Then it uses over 20 years of public CSU/UC data to prove Hispanic students are well represented after prop 209 (mainly due to decreasing enrollment of white students.)
It then makes a few suggestions to State government: solving the root issue of K-12 education, encouraging racial harmony instead of creating racial conflict, and building more college to accommodate exploding population, etc.
