Job description:
1. In charge of all operational targets implement, By analyzing relevant data analysis, according to current situation of product operation, establish reasonable operation improvement plan to improve data.
2. In charge of project management work, such as Localization online, Version update, Bug discover and fix up .
3. Managing the operation team to finish operation targets of company .
4. Through the Internet, the official BBS, data analysis, understand the overseas user feedback for U products.
5. Manage product teams including running product meeting, maintaining product specs and backlog, coordinating design and development, setting up a bridge between product and users .
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, 1-2 years experience in the mobile Internet or operations industry, overseas work experience preferred .
2. Can use English as a working language. Strong technical background with intuitive design sense.
3. Incredible attention to detail in language, usability and design.
4. Able to be the voice of the customer for your products.
5. Able to draw actionable insights from large amounts of data
6. Significant experience with user testing, data analysis, and multi-variate testing.
7. Well adapted to the rapidly changing environment and job functions.Has the good team cooperation spirit。
