Support Expansion plan for respective city/project
Contribute to the action plan based for each responsible project
Help and assist Market Intelligence function to acquire pertinent information and contacts in target cities, contribute to the
data base for further land acquisition
Act as primary XXX contact window toward local government, represent XXX values and business idea
Provided land sites based on XXX criteria
Locate at least 5 sites in each city according to required criteria and location; present sites to Management Group
Negotiate for best possible price and conditions with local authorities
Lead the due diligence process and prepare the required reports and risk assessment
Contribute cost estimates for Investment Request for Cost Groups 1,2 and 3.
Secure Legal Documents and Project Set-up
Negotiate with local authority and Legal function for necessary legal documents (e.g. LOI and Investment Agreement)
To secure the signing of Land Use contracts, Investment Agreement
Secure Land Use Certificate, Land Planning Certificate and Project Registration documents
Complete successful hand-over of site from government and to Project team according to agreed schedule
Project Follow-up
Monitor implementation of all terms in IA and assist Project Team as requested to resolve any outstanding issue
Give support to Project team on government related issues as directed by Land Acquisition Manager to secure the
successful and on time store opening
