Senior Software Development Manager
Job Location: Tianjin, China
Responsible for:
(1) Continuous Improvement and Leadership
- Asses the present problems that we face in the end to end software development cycle
- Create his/her own vision about where we can improve and how
- Work as member of the Department management team to agree and execute improvements
- Specific areas that require attention are requirements analysis, resource planning, work breakdown and estimates, quality of our designs and overall quality of our software; expected to contribute to the improvement of all of these areas and execute with increasing efficiency

Country Manager/GM, China
Job Location: Beijing, China
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly energetic and versatile Country Manager to support its growth efforts in China. This individual will have full P&L responsibility for China; be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Chinese mobile operators; for driving deep and widespread penetration of our solutions with these operators; for leading, managing, and growing our China organization; and for building’s our reputation and presence in China. The position reports to the CEO in USA.

This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment; is capable of driving sales penetration of our solutions with new and existing accounts; is interested in shaping and implementing an aggressive growth strategy for the Chinese market; and is passionate about the mobile messaging industry. The candidate will also be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our existing operations in China, and will be responsible for growing our China organization commensurate with the requirements of the Chinese market.

The successful candidate shall be responsible for the following, at a minimum:

Description:
This role is key to the structure of the QA organization. As the QA Manager of our team located in China, you will be responsible for the resources and QA activities assigned to that site.

?? Ability to work and resolve issues quickly, effectively and independently
Responsibilities include:
?? First line management of all QA resources located at the site in China.

The release engineer will be responsible for producing software builds based on the latest development code lines, managing the code lines in the source control system.
