A small US based technology startup is looking for a Development Manager in their Beijing R&D Center. Currently, there are about 40 people in Beijing R&D Center located on the Third-Ring Road around Lufthansa Center. This person will manage a 4-5 development team, and coordinate all the development efforts with the US development team, which is in New Jersey, 40 minutes out of New York City. Minimum 4-5 years’ software design and development experience in telecom. Must be proficient in C/C++/JAVA/XML. Be able to do part of software design and architecture work. Experience with network management (SNMP), CLI (Command Line Interface) and GUI interface is highly desirable. Experience in wireless/mobile equipment & knowledge in CDMA/GPRS/3G would be desirable but not necessary. (海归论坛 www.haiguinet.com)
Must be mature, independent, able to work under pressure. Prior team managing experiences is needed. Fluent English speaking skills is essential. The successful candidate will spend about 2-3 months’ in the US with the US development to get familiar with the development process there, and will stay in Beijing after then.
