CFO
Main Responsibilities:
-Monitor normal financial and adimistration operations.
-Managing for the statutory reports and management reports weekly and monthly;
-Work the yearly plan and rolling forecasts (for sales, costs, profits & cash situation) with relative departments;
-Setting up internal control systems and monitor closely.
-Handle for legal related cases and tax affairs.
-Cost Structure setting up and variance analysis.
-Work with internal auditor and external auditor for Audit Report.
-Business Advisor from Financial point of view
-Cooperation and coordination with HQ concerning for all legal, financial, IT, logistics and operation issues
-Actively contributes to the business strategy by developing financial models, applying financial analysis and providing business judgment including meeting all the reporting requirement from the company headquarter
-Actively contributes to the strategic planning process by continuous alignment of the process to the requirement of the business model and environment
-Implement key financial and management measures that yield improved accountability including implementing control processes to protect company's resources
Requirements:
-10 years or above working experience with MNCs including +6 years at Managerial position;
-Bachelor Degree; CPA member will be a plus.
-Self-motivated, discipline, high integrity; demonstrated learning enthusiasm;
-Able to lead and drive agenda and demonstrate strong organizational impact;
-Able to motivate team building and providing directions
-Strong thinking and analytical skills, process-oriented, quick learning;
-Excellent writing and spoken communication skills, both English and Mandarin;
-Excellent IT analytical skills
-Familiar with PRC accounting
-Possess internal / or external audit experience a plus
