The KAM program
The KAM program is an on-going initiative with strong support of top management, reflecting corporate-wide emphasis on bringing the most value to our customers through best practices of account management and customer care. It is an evolution from the company's renown global account management programs, with focus on international and local key accounts that matter most to its China operation. It also serves as a linkage with other related business groups when it comes to cross-selling opportunities.
The KAM Assistant
Assist KAM program director in all KAM functions with emphasis on account planning
Assist KAM program director to monitor progress of KAM program
Assist KAM program director on internal and external event management
Identify areas of improvement for KAM program
Act as representative of the KAM program as needed
Requirement
At least 2 years (no more than 4 years) proven experience in sales and account management in the (preferrably) broader information and communication industries
Master's degree in business and/or engineering disciplines from a top international institution
Aptitudes for and willingness to move into a management role
