1、Job Title:Project Manager
Location: Shanghai
Experience Requirements:
· Minimum 4-6 years post graduate working experience of which 2-3 years in project management, multi-project director, department management, customer facing experience capacity
· Good understanding of software development and quality processes, understanding CMM is preferred.
· Good planning skill is a must, solid hands-on project deployment experience with large-scale & complicated multi-platform systems
· Strong presentation / document writing skill is a must
· Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal in Chinese and English) to all management levels within customer organization
Able to work independently, lead and motivate people to deliver good results；
trategic thinker with strong business sense, good analytical, problem solving, and self-motivated；
Skill and Knowledge Requirements:
4-6 years working experience in Manufacturing & Distribution industry , Have the extensive Domain knowledge on ERP/SAP/Oracle EBS/SCM/PLM/CRM Area.
Whole life-cycle project management knowledge and practice.
Technical skills related(OOD & OOP, UML, J2EE (JSP, Servlet, EJB, J2EE Patterns), Struts, Hibernet； .Net, Weblogic, Websphare, JBoss , EAI(Webmethod, Webservices..), Oracle, SQLServer, MySql, VSS/CVS.
Proficiency in English.
Good people lead skills.
2、Title: Project Leader for Java implementation on UNIX platform
Location: Shanghai
Job Requirements & Skills Required:
– Masters degree or equivalent in computer science or engineering related area.
– 6+ years of work experience in software development.
– Excellent English and communication skills (written and verbal).
– Significant experience with C, C++, and Java programming
– UNIX development experience.
– Relevant detailed technical experience in at least of one of following areas: Synchronization issues in a situation with complicated resource sharing and data relationships. (Involving signals, exceptions and multiple threads).Java VM implementation.Java class environment at the VM implementation level.In-depth implementation experience with garbage collectors
– Other desirable experience and skills which are preferred:Tru64 UNIX, OpenVMS, Alpha systems, J2EE.
– Leadership skills to train and lead a technical team effectively
– Excellent problem solving skills； analytical and diagnostic ability.
– Customer support experience is a plus.
