High Tech Industry Recruiter/Headhunter / Office Manager
Location: Shanghai
Qualifications:
-3-5 years recruiting/headhunting experience in high tech industry
Or Electronic Engineering background candidate with recruiting experience;
-Had sucessful replacement for high tech companies;
-Good knowledge in semiconductor/Telecom/IT industory;
-Strong capability can work independently;
-Has good conncetions with high tech industry and organization;
-Excellent communication skills;
-Proficiency in English and Chinese
Responsibilities:
-Main job will be excuitive serach, interview, recommendation;
-Account management for existing coustomers;
-Research and develop new recruiting channels through various source;
-Running Shanghai office;
-Working closely with staffs in US
