Position: Sales Manager/ Branch Manager
location: Shenzhen
(I) Job Description
1.1) Leads the entire Branch, include staff in all departments, to deliver company sales, distribution, expense & staffing targets.
1.2) Develops & deploys overall branch action plans with General Manager/Marketing Manager alignment.
1.3) Proposes Branch annual sales target to General Manager/Marketing Manger
1.4) Analyses & monitors business progress & measures, maximize benefits & minimize risks accordingly.
1.5) Execute annual & periodic promotion activity plans developed by Marketing.
1.6) Explores & captures any business-building opportunities, in terms of sales, expense, system & organization improvements by working with the F&A Manager
1.7) Ensures branch to provide superior customer services within budget & policies: Sales, Marketing Promotions & Logistics.
1. Recruits, retains, trains & develops the Branch Staff & Sales Advisors with their appropriate functional manager.
1.9) Deploys company policies to all Branch Staff & handles violations.
(II) Job requirement
1.1) Degree holder or above
1.2) Over 7 years experience in marketing/sales management, with similar position in multi-national company is preferred;
1.3) Previous experience in FMCG/Garment/Fashion Industry.
1.4) Proficient in spoken & written English
1.5) Able to handle pressure with strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
