Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
a. Develop and implement overall Travel Insurance Business Development strategies
b. Identify business opportunities in developing travel insurance business
c. Build Sponsors to achieve TA business growth
d. Work and drive distribution to achieve TA business growth
2. Product Development, System Development, Marketing and Launch
a. Involve in the travel insurance product development – identify product needs, product design and implementation at branches
b. Drive TA system development and front-end “B-2-B” interface and back-end system integration.
c. Drive TA marketing plans and product launch at branches and distribution channels.
3. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
a. Monitor, manage and analyze production results on Travel Insurance for all distribution channels
b. Recommend for action plans to rectify / improve / sustain results base on analysis
c. Drive for implementations of action plans for production.
Qualifications Requirement:
· University Graduate or above
· Over 5 years of relevant experience in sales development of travel insurance, preferably in the insurance industry or financial services industry.
· Marketing and Sales skills in distribution channels development
· Strong interpersonal skills with flexibility and adaptability
· Strong project management skills
· In-depth knowledge in products and the insurance business
· Sharp business acumen and business senses
· Strong implementation ability from concept to design to launch
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Good command of both Mandarin and English, verbal and written
· Strong team player
