Position 1: Project Manager
Location: Beijing, China
Qualifications:
With more than 8 years working experience in managing technical projects in enterprise technologies-.Net or Java
Experience in managing technical teams of about 10 - 20 staff
Experience in dealing working with clients-requirement analysis, project communications, and documentations
Excellent communications skills required. English speaking a must
Multinational companies working experience is a plus
Position 2: Technical Support Manager
Location: Beijing, China
Job Descriptions:
Prepare development environments (Install Websphere / Weblogic, deploy and config J2EE applications)
Solve environment and configuration problems to ensure project is moving forward
Narrow down software problems for further support
Data backup
Qualifications:
At least 6 years working experience manage a team of about 10 – 15 staff
At least 3 years working experience on J2EE applications and application server (Websphere/ Weblogic).
Solid knowledge and working experience on Database (Oracle/SQL Server/DB2)
Experience in software development or testing
Strong analytic skills, be able to identify and solve problems independently
Team player desired with good communication and technical understanding to work with the project team
Previous IT experience a plus
Good speaking English a must
