Position:Management Trainer
The successful candidate will play a key role in the Talent Development Programme, coaching and developing Executives and Senior Executives as well as designing and delivering a variety of Personal and Team Leadership Solutions.
a) University graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience as management trainer, preferably with human resources, organisational development or psychologist background
b) Strong project management skills
c) Strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
d) Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in Mandarin is preferable but not essential)
e) Frequent travel within the PRC is required.
