Global MNC is looking for high-caliber professional for its company. We are seeking an International WAN Specialist to join our company locates in Beijing, China. The mission is to provide best quality services to our multi-national companies clients in China.

This position is pre-sales, sales consultant roles, experience with distributor / reseller channel partners, experience providing services to Multinational companies customers, familiar with IPN, WAN, VPN, with good spoken English and strong technical skills background.

Job Title: International WAN Specialist

Job Family: Senior Indirect Sales Professional

Reports to: Head of Channel Development Asia Pacific

About IPN: Company’s IP Networking has established a new channel management structure with a wide range of sales support activities. A team of specialised pre sales professionals will support the sales force in growing the value added services.

Unit Name: IPN Service Line, International Channel Operations

Job Location: Beijing, China

Role purpose:
· Achieve sales targets for high margin services, revenue and profit by supporting Company’s sales force
· To provide customers and prospects of assigned channels with competitive services
· To proactively develop sales plans and pipeline per channel according to agreed standards
· To assist channels to identify, qualify and close business

Responsibilities:
· Assist the existing Company’s sales force to identify and close business on value added IPN propositions.
· Propose solutions to meet the current and future needs of the customer
· The sales specialist will be in a pro-active technical sales support role, translate technical solutions in sales arguments and USPs.
· Needs to achieve in country / regional Sales Targets on value added services.
· New Business, open new accounts in support of sales hunters
· Base approach, up-sell base accounts by supporting account managers positioning value added IPN propositions.
· To develop a business development plan for each assigned channel
· Take all necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction
· Report and communicate sales actions including prospects to management in a timely and cooperative manner
· Participate actively in appropriate specialist COIN activities

Speciality Skills and Experience:
· Strong understanding of private line, VPN and associated services and their positioning within our convergence propositions.
· Proven track record in Sales, or supporting sales, in the areas of VPN services.
· Familiarity with related services such as AAI and Service Options
· Regional in-country market knowledge and experience
· Experience with distributor/reseller channels, capable to work with partners (3rd party)
· Ability to provide guidance on WAN bids and designs

General Skills & Experience:
· English and Mandarin Speaking mandatory
· Outstanding communicator, both written and oral, excellent presenter
· Ability to translate highly technical service propositions into customer benefits
· Strong technical understanding of champion area
· Relationship builder both externally/internally
· An international multicultural approach, ability to manage and work in virtual teams
· Well organised and efficient, able to report accurately and meet deadlines
· With more than 5 years of working experience with Multinational and complex organizational environments
· With more than 5 years experience in sales or sales support roles, proven track record.
· Experience with distributor/reseller channels
